These Terms of Service apply to your use of the SANLINGS store at sanlings.com and to purchases made through it. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

Using our store

You must have legal capacity to place an order, or the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where applicable. Please provide accurate order, delivery and contact information. You must not use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.

Product information

Read each product description, selected option, measurements, materials and care instructions before ordering. Images may display differently on different screens, and stone patterns may vary where described. Products must still correspond to their description and your applicable consumer rights.

References to gemstone symbolism describe cultural or personal meanings.

Prices, currency and payment

Our default store currency is US dollars (USD), unless another currency is expressly displayed. The final currency, product prices, shipping charges and taxes collected by SANLINGS are shown at checkout before you submit payment.

Orders and corrections

Please check your order before submitting it and keep the confirmation for your records. Contact us promptly if a change or cancellation is needed. If an item becomes unavailable or a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you to agree a correction or cancellation and refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfill.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 3–7 calendar days after payment confirmation. Transit time is additional. See our Shipping Policy for destinations, shipping costs, tracking and delivery issues.

Returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your statutory cancellation, warranty and other consumer rights remain unaffected.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared. Where available under applicable law, you can manage relevant data-sharing preferences through Your Privacy Choices.

Store content and external links

Store text, graphics and other content may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the store for personal shopping and other uses permitted by law. Third-party websites linked from the store have their own terms and privacy practices.

Consumer protections

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to goods that are faulty or not as described. Mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence continue to apply.
